At our facilities, we offer a variety of massage services including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger Point therapy, cranio-sacral, sports therapy, stretch therapy, acupressure, active release technique, reflexology, and aromatherapy. These services are designed to cater to different needs, ranging from relaxation to addressing specific muscle tensions. 2: Who will be performing the massage? Our massages are conducted by a certified and experienced massage therapist who is trained to provide a comfortable and healing experience. They are knowledgeable in various techniques to ensure you receive the most beneficial treatment. As we are a new clinic we only have one male Massage Therapist with over 15 years of experience. Please check back frequently as we grow and expand. 3: Do I need to prepare anything before my massage appointment? Before your appointment, we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes early to fill out any necessary forms and relax before your session. It is also recommended to avoid heavy meals right before your session to ensure a more comfortable experience. 4: What should I expect during my first massage session? During your first session, your therapist will discuss your medical history and specific needs to tailor the massage to you. You will be guided on how to position yourself on the massage table and the areas that will be focused on during the session. 5: What is the duration of a typical massage session? A typical massage session lasts for 30-90 minutes, depending on the type of massage and your preference. This time includes a brief consultation and time for you to change clothes before and after the massage.

    1: How can I book a massage appointment? You can book an appointment through our website or by calling or texting us. We offer a convenient booking system that allows you to choose your preferred date and time. 2: What is your cancellation policy? We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee. This policy helps us manage our therapists' schedules efficiently and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment slot. 3: Do you offer gift certificates or packages? Yes, we offer gift certificates and packages that can be a thoughtful gift for friends and family. You can purchase these through our website or at our facility. 4: What forms of payment do you accept? We accept various forms of payment including cash, credit/debit cards, E-transfers, and digital wallets(including crypto).

If you experience any pain or discomfort, please inform your therapist immediately. They can adjust the pressure or technique to ensure a comfortable and beneficial experience. 3: Is it necessary to undress completely for the massage? Undressing is entirely up to your comfort level. Most clients undress to their underwear, but you can choose what makes you most comfortable. Our therapists are trained to properly drape you to protect your privacy at all times.

    1: What should I expect after the massage session? After your session, you might feel a sense of relaxation and relief in your muscle tensions. It's advisable to take a few minutes to sit and relax, drink plenty of water, and enjoy the calmness before resuming your regular activities. 2: Do you have any aftercare tips or suggestions? Post-massage, it's beneficial to hydrate well and avoid strenuous activities for a few hours. You may also consider a cold shower in the first 24 hours and then a warm bath with Epsom salts to continue the relaxation process and soothe any muscle soreness. Your massage therapist may give you stretches to follow as well exercises. 3: Can I provide feedback or a review after my session? Yes, we appreciate and encourage feedback from our clients. You can leave a review on our website or social media platforms to share your experience with others.
